Financial activity data: Savings goals, contributions, budget transactions, and subscription-tracking entries that you enter into the app's budgeting and savings tools. This information is provided by you and is not automatically imported from your bank or financial institutions.
Game and education information: Your game scores, XP, bee points, badges, course progress, and activity data generated as you use the Game Center and Academy.
Creator program information: If you participate in the PeonyBee Creator Rewards program, we collect your creator display name, country, preferred currency, Stripe Connect account ID, content submissions, and related earnings information.
Partnership and business information: If you submit a partnership application, we collect your full name, business/organization name, job title, email, phone, website, business category, partnership type, estimated budget, campaign dates, target audience, partnership goals, social media links, and any additional information you provide.
Questions and messages: Questions you submit through the Ask PeonyBee feature, and any messages or communications you send to PeonyBee through contact forms or other channels.
Order information: When you purchase products from the PeonyBee shop, we collect your buyer email, shipping address, and order details necessary to fulfill your purchase.
Reviews and feedback: Any reviews, ratings, or feedback you choose to submit about products or features.
Payment Information
PeonyBee uses third-party payment processors to handle payment information. Premium subscription payments are processed through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix Payments), and shop purchases and creator payouts are processed through Stripe. When you make a payment, your payment-card or payment-method details are entered directly on the payment processor's secure checkout page — PeonyBee does not receive or store your complete credit or debit card numbers. We receive transaction records, order confirmations, and limited payment metadata (such as the last four digits of your card or the payment status) from the processor to manage your subscription or order.

Payments and Subscriptions
PeonyBee offers a Premium subscription with enhanced features. Subscription payments are processed through Base44 Payments (Wix Payments). When you subscribe, the payment processor collects your payment-method details on its secure checkout page. PeonyBee receives transaction records and subscription status to manage your access.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (monthly, yearly, or other). Pricing is displayed on the Premium page before you subscribe.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date, as described in the Terms of Service.
Transaction records: We retain records of your subscription transactions for accounting and legal purposes.
Promotional pricing: If promotional pricing is offered, the terms of the promotion are displayed before you subscribe.

PeonyBee does not store your complete credit or debit card numbers. Payment information is handled by the payment processor according to its own security standards.
Purchases and E-Commerce
When you purchase products from the PeonyBee shop, we collect and use order information (buyer email, shipping address, product selections, and order total) to process and fulfill your order. Product fulfillment is handled by Printify, which receives the order details and shipping address necessary to manufacture and ship your items.
Payment for shop purchases is processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. PeonyBee receives order confirmation and limited payment metadata to manage your order and provide customer service. Shipping, returns, and refund policies are described in the Terms of Service.
Affiliate Links
Some links within PeonyBee may be affiliate links. If affiliate links are used, clicking or purchasing through those links may result in PeonyBee receiving a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you. When you click an affiliate link, you are redirected to a third-party website governed by that website's own privacy policy and terms of service.
