Account responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify PeonyBee immediately.

One account per user: You may not create more than one account for yourself or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

Account termination: You may delete your account at any time by contacting PeonyBee. PeonyBee may suspend or terminate your account in accordance with Section 21.

Rewards: Bee points, XP, badges, and other game rewards are subject to the rewards-program terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Fair play: You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use automated systems, or otherwise manipulate game scores or rewards. PeonyBee may reset scores, revoke rewards, or suspend accounts for violations.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Promotional pricing: If you subscribe at a promotional rate, the promotion applies for the stated period. Standard pricing applies after the promotional period unless you cancel.

Student pricing: If a student plan is offered, eligibility requirements and verification will be displayed on the Premium page.

Benefits: Premium benefits are described on the Premium page and may change over time. PeonyBee may add, modify, or remove benefits with reasonable notice.

Changes to benefits: PeonyBee reserves the right to change the features included in Premium. Material changes to benefits will be communicated where appropriate.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Expiration: Access to Premium features ends at the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, PeonyBee may retry the charge or suspend Premium access until payment is successful.

Taxes: Applicable taxes are added to subscription charges where required by law.

Self-referrals: You may not refer yourself, and you may not create multiple accounts to generate referral rewards.

Program changes: PeonyBee may modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

Product listings: PeonyBee makes reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Colors, sizes, and other options may vary slightly from what is displayed.

Pricing: Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. PeonyBee reserves the right to correct pricing errors and may refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Availability: PeonyBee does not guarantee that any product will remain available. Products may be discontinued or out of stock without notice.

Orders: When you place an order, PeonyBee forwards the order to Printify for manufacturing and shipping. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment.

Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary based on the fulfillment partner and shipping carrier.

Taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

Returns and refunds: Return and refund policies are determined by PeonyBee and its fulfillment partner. Details are provided on the product or order pages.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before they are sent to the fulfillment partner. Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Third-party fulfillment: Products are manufactured and shipped by Printify. PeonyBee is not responsible for manufacturing defects beyond what is covered by the fulfillment partner's policies.

Proposals: Submitting a partnership application or business proposal does not automatically create a partnership or payment obligation. PeonyBee reviews all applications and determines whether to proceed.

Proposal review: PeonyBee reviews applications and may accept or reject them at its discretion. PeonyBee is not obligated to provide a reason for rejection.

Partnership agreements: Accepted partnerships are governed by a separate agreement between PeonyBee and the partner. The terms of that agreement govern the specific partnership relationship.

Payments: Any payments related to a partnership are described in the partnership agreement. Submitting an application does not create a payment obligation.

Deliverables: Partnership deliverables, timelines, and expectations are defined in the partnership agreement.

Cancellation: Either party may cancel a partnership according to the terms of the partnership agreement.

Business communications: Information provided in partnership applications is used to evaluate and manage partnerships and is subject to the Privacy Policy.

Scrape, spider, or improperly extract data from the Service without PeonyBee's express permission.

Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

Commit fraud or engage in any fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or referral fraud.

Abuse referral systems, promotional offers, or free trials.

Circumvent subscription or paywall restrictions to access Premium content without paying.

Interfere with the proper operation of the Service, including overloading, crashing, or disabling any feature.

Infringe the intellectual property rights of PeonyBee or any third party.

Harass, threaten, or harm other users.

Submit unlawful, harmful, offensive, or otherwise prohibited content.

Use automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization.

You do not receive any ownership rights in PeonyBee Content merely by using the Service.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PeonyBee Content without PeonyBee's express written permission.

PeonyBee reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Third-party content used on PeonyBee (such as stock images or provider logos) remains the property of its respective owners and is used under license or with permission.

A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on PeonyBee.

Your contact information, including your full name and email.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Hosting, database, and authentication (Base44).

Website availability: PeonyBee does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Third-party services: PeonyBee is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of third-party providers.
